This is a used 1999 Mercury Cougar that is being sold as-is. The cluster and fuses were replaced last year. It drives good but it needs new positive/negative terminal connectors for the battery. A new oil pan is needed for the engine. New brakes and shocks are also needed. The interior is beige but due to cracking, it needs to be refurbished. The sunroof does not open/close. Freon is needed for the A/C. A paint job was done in May 2012. It was involved in a minor bumper-to-bumper car accident on June 2015 in which the front bumper was fixed. My wife purchased the vehicle from a used car dealer in Ocala, FL back in February 2010 and drove it back home. We do not smoke, so there is no evidence of smoking in the vehicle. This vehicle is very efficient on gas.
