The current owners mother purchased the car new back in 1980. The service history is well documented and dates all the way back to 1980. It was mostly used as a weekend car which explains it only having 96k miles. The 450SL has been appreciating in value over the last year with some of the best examples selling for over $30k (check Hagerty values). The exterior has a scratch on the rear trunk and one significant key mark on the passenger side front fender. The interior has no punctures or rips on the seats but does have some cracking on the dash. It is very original inside and out. Only modification is the older aftermarket Alpine audio head unit.This particular example has been a California since day one.
