Selling this well loved 1986 Volkswagen Westfalia Camper. It is finished in white on brown. It was freshly painted a few years back in it's original color of white. It belongs to my old college buddy who is now selling to please his new bride who does not share his love for camping. She wants an SUV and this has been collecting dust in their garage. The motor was rebuilt around 10,000 miles ago according to the receipt. The clutch was also changed out at that time. The A/C compressor is on the camper but will need a recharge or a conversion to the new freon. Heck, just roll down the windows as the old A/C was never very efficient to begin with. At the time he painted the Westfalia, it was treated to a new three window pop-top at an expense of $1500. The three window ones in my opinion are the nicest. All the camping equipment is present and accounted for. The top bunk is stain free and pet free. The bottom z-bed, folds down nicely and is also stain free and pet free. The dash is not cracked. The door panels are nice and straight, including the sliding door panel. The windows are roll up and down with ease. It cruises nicely on the freeway. I just drove it 100 plus miles from his house to mine and it drove down the road and tracked fine. The pop-top operation is easy too. A one man show. Selling this Westfalia for NO RESERVE.
