NO TITLE I was able to clean out the carburetors and get the bike running but it will need to be gone through to be road ready. Please know that the bike will need a lot of work, it is far from perfect but would be a great platform for someone who wanted to have a cool project. The clutch is stuck and there are certainly wiring issues. The inspection sticker on the fork is from 1992, I would say it's been off the road since then. The bike is missing some pieces, most importantly the airbox, seat, right side cover, and brake light are gone. All of the special 1972 only pieces are present as far as I can see. The tank has a shallow dent in it and some surface rust on the outside bottom but it should clean up well and isn't leaking. It is not rusted out inside but it has been welded up on the left rear corner, looks like a long time ago. The 4ls front drum is working, still has the plastic radiator shrouds, The instrument cluster is in good shape with no cracks that I can find. At one point someone painted most of the chrome with black spray paint. I was able to remove a little bit to see the chrome underneath. The handlebar is tweaked but the forks and frame are straight. There is pitting on lots of the chrome, some small dents. The exhaust is in great shape aside from an acid stain on the outer right pipe and some surface rust on the splitter near the front. Missing the end caps for the mufflers. One of the carburetors has a cracked float bowl that was repaired badly, it also has a pilot jet stuck in it that will need to be replaced.
