N0 RESERVE AUCTION FOR A NICE 2003 SUBARU FORESTER XS WITH 156k miles. THE EXTERIOR of this FORESTER is rated as VERY GOOD CONDITION for its age and mileage. Overall, this FORESTER looks GREAT! The red finish is in VERY nice shape (lil scuff on right side fender & front bumper- see pics) the body lines are straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close as they should. The tires are excellent, fronts are about 90% and the rears are about 90%. The interior of this FORESTER is in VERY GOOD CONDITION. The doors are clean and tight. The carpets are in very nice condition. The seats are clean and comfortable. The power windows, locks, and mirrors all work properly. The audio system is original and sounds good. The heater works properly and the air conditioner appears to be working, too. The trunk is spacious and clean. Mechanically, this Forester appears to be in good running and driving condition. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The brakes and steering feel good & tight. The engine keeps proper temperature and performs as it should. No check engine lights on. Fluids are clean and at level. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts perfectly with no issues. Out on the highway, it cruises easily and feels good. The car looks to have generally been very well cared for mechanically. Overall Subarus are known for their reliability and durability. The oil was just changed, and we've gone over the car checked it all out and fixed anything we saw wrong. Also the car will be fully detailed as part of our normal sales prep routine.
