2004 Ford F-150 XL Supercab 4x4 Pickup Truck – 4.6 16 valve SOHC V-8 Up for auction is a 2004 Ford F-150 XL Supercab 4x4 6.5ft bed pickup truck with the modular 4.6L 16valve SOHC V-8 and automatic transmission. I purchased the vehicle from a used car dealership in 2008 and was second owner with 52,728 miles and after the 7 years I have owned the vehicle it now has 100,692 miles. This truck has been very reliable to me and the only reason I am selling it is due to the severe frame rust located near the rear axle on both sides. Truck has a CLEAN TITLE and is currently on the road (inspected/registered). Motor runs smooth with no issues; all original spark plugs, wires, distributor caps, etc. Besides regular maintenance, parts that have been replaced include; front and rear brake calipersfront tie rods/upper control armsrear driveshaft4x4 vacuum control solenoidfront 4x4 hub lock actuatortransmission oil panrear differential cover. Most of this work was performed within the last 10,000 to 20,000 miles with the exception of the rear driveshaft which was replaced less than 1,000 miles ago. The body of the truck has light scratches, a dent in the driver side of the truck bed, and body rust in sections which I have sanded and repainted twice within last few years. Dent on passenger side rear bumper. The interior is terry cloth grey seats with vinyl rubber flooring. There are cuts on the center console which were there when I purchased the vehicle. Truck comes with the stock AM/FM radio but no interior speakers. Truck has a dual cat-back exhaust system with resonator mufflers purchased from LMC truck and was installed by my local garage. In the 3 years it’s been on the truck rust has developed around the connection points. Truck comes with the factory 17-inch steel rims which I painted black 3 years ago (originally silver). All four tires are 255 70 R17 Mastercraft Courser AXT but 2 are the older version of the same tire (only needed 2 tires and the old version was discontinued). All 4 tires have good tread to them. Truck also comes with aftermarket chrome running boards, drop in Bed liner, rain guards on the windows, factory fog lights, and factory ball trailer hitch. Selling this Truck for PARTs ONLY. AS IS.
