Absolutely As New. Less than 60 miles. Full two passenger capacity. Fast - over 65mph. I am unable to load it on rear of MH because it is too heavy for a 76 year old. This scooter is perfect and almost brand new. I removed some stupid decals on the sides and it marred one very small surface slightly. Two helmets and two sets of keys. I bought it new for wife and I to use while on trips with MH. We can no longer safely ride it or load/unload it. My loss is truly your gain on this one! You can buy a "new" one for about $859 + $49 extra shipping to the NE from a ghost dealer in Dallas. You are on your own when it arrives as it is shipped direct from China/Korea. Customer service is non-existent. NO applicable manual or instructions for this model available from seller. Guarantee is for parts only. Just try to find someone to work on it. I have worked through the many "new" problems and it is now in great running shape. TaoTao recommends changing oil at about 150 miles. I did remove the Chinese oil upon receipt and it is full of Castrol 10w40. Have a quart of Mobil 1 15/50 for the +/- 150 mile oil change. I do have a fairly complete applicable Owner's Manual now. These sell locally new for well over $1000 or more. (if you can find one) Bought in 2015 but titled as 2014. I am original and only owner.
