For sale is my AHRMA Ready CR250 Elsinore. It's an amazing bike and has been gathering dust in my garage for almost 15 years. It is well taken care of, well maintained by one of the most thoughtful mechanics to ever pick up a wrench. I raced this bike for a couple seasons and took 4th overall in the 1991 amateur 250 west coast series. Some highlights of the bike and condition: Works performance rear shocks NO modifications on the frame. It's a genuine 1974 Elsinore The tank IS from a 1975 bike. The original 1974 was removed to keep it free from damage and was sold about 8 years ago (sorry) The seat was rebuilt with new foam about 15 years ago. It feels OK, I honestly don't know how long foam lasts but it's not original Tires are good, see photos Wheels are straight Original front fender. As you can see, the paint has deteriorated but it's straight and serviceable Forks have no visible pitting in the working area. There may be a tiny bit behind the front fender mount, but it could be just dirt/gunk Small dent in the bottom of the pipe, quite usable, and could be fixed if you wanted Stand is included Cases are clean, no cracks, no leaks Kehin 34(??) carb in great shape Small knee dent on the left side of the tank. Fixable Original(!) shift and rear brake levers No cracked/broken cooling fins You have choices with this bike. You can restore it back to original condition, and have a beautiful, well loved CR250. Or you can remove the electrical tape from the plate and race it, as is. I haven't started the bike in 10 years, it turns over just fine.
