The seller shall not be responsible for correct description, authenticity, genuine or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect, or damage. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. The seller shall and will will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of the sale. Buyer must contact the Village of Oriskany Highway Superintendent prior to the end of the auction to discuss the specific condition and any known defects prior to the end of the auction. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral or written statements about the vehicle. Buyers need to be prepared to pay sales tax on the final price if buyer is required to pay said sales tax. Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end and make arrangements for pickup and payment of the vehicle. A $1000.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of the end of the auction and full payment and pickup must be made within 7 days of the close of the auction. The vehicle will be made available for inspection during normal business hours Monday through Friday.
