1954 Ford Victoria hardtop, yes this is a project car it will need work before it can be driven. Car has the original 239 OHV V8 and it does turn over, I have not tried to get it running. As for body and rust issues hopefully I have been able to picture the worst of it. Does need rear lower quarter repair and some work above rear wheel wells. Very little surface rust otherwise. The stuff that appears to be rust is a type of moss. Things car will need, radiator, front windshield, radio, tail light lenses. Will probably need smaller things as I haven't been to deep into this car. Floors are actually pretty solid for a car this age. Has one hole the size of a half dollar. Trunk floor is solid still. Car does roll but 2 tires don't hold air for long. I will not ship this car it is local pick up only. I cannot hold the car for to much longer as the property where it sits is being sold off. I could put the money into getting this car running again but then I'd have to pass that along at a higher price then what I am asking.
