Here is a 1998 Chevy C6500 Flatbed w/6.0L Gas Engine with only 108,512 original miles. The truck is in great shape with new paint, and the bed itself is in great shape, along with the ample tool boxes underneath...and even has a set of steps & handrail to walk right up onto the bed. The rubber is good all the way around, with 10R22.5 tires, and the brakes are in good shape. The GVWR is 11,770 lbs. It has a 5 speed transmission which performs exactly as it should. I don't believe this truck has any mechanical issues. We bought this truck for a particular job we were bidding on, but unfortunately we did not get the contract (although we are bidding on this same job this March for 2016 work, and I will definitely put this truck in services if it doesn't sell).
