This truck is NUMBERS MATCHING and 94k ORIGINAL miles! The 2nd series produced by Chevy featured a completely NEW designed 265 V-8 block that was designed upon an extremely ridged cylinder block with two banks of four cylinders at a 90 degree angle. It produces 154 hp and 249 ft. lbs. of torque. The compression ratio is 7.5 to 1. This engine was a first of its kind and in 55 it was actually oil filter-less. It was also only made for one year. It is matted to the ORIGINAL manual 3spd transmission that was ahead of its time as well. Constructed with ALL helical gears that are machined from drop forged steel gear blanks, heat treated and shot peened for strength and LONG life! It also featured the 12 volt power system, also firsts for Chevy trucks! As you can see this truck is spot on! There is NO RUST and the panels are straight! The contours are SMOOTH and lines are CRISP! You can look down any panel at ANY angle with confidence! This truck has received ONE repaint and it looks beautiful. The paint was laid out with extreme attention to detail and in the video you will see how well it reflects! The bumpers are all nice and shine bright, right along with the grill and ALL trim! The glass is clear as if it is NEW. The doors shut well to reveal panel gaps that are SPOT on! The hood lines up nicely as well! This truck looks so incredible and is above anything original on the market today! The box is CLEAN and the wood is in GREAT condition. Even the bed rails are straight! The interior is incredible and the cloth bench seat has been reworked with a nice tuck and roll with diamond stich! The black and red create a beautiful contrast and complement each other very well! The floor is super clean and free of stains. The headliner is CLEAN. The doors have been repainted as well and ALL hardware works as it should. The dash is painted and presents itself as well as the exterior! The gauge cluster is CLEAR and easy to read. This interior is incredible! Make sure to take a look at the undercarriage pictures also as it is as clean as the rest of this beautiful truck!
