ONE OWNER! DCT. ZCP. Loaded up with almost every option! MSRP $70K! Great CARFAX w/ Maintenance at BMW dealership every 3-5K Miles. Adult Driven. Never abused or tracked. Tastefully modified. No check engine lights of any sort. BEST TIRES with good tread (Bridgestone Potenza RE-11). NEVER been smoked in. Interior is like new FLAWLESS! No rips or tears and the bolsters/leather look NEW! 2 Keys. Exterior has been waxed and wash regularly. NO dents/dings/rust! Very minor scratch from curb on lower passenger side front bumper (buffable). Front Passenger Wheel has minor curb rash (6 inches). The car runs and drives perfect! Very straight and smooth at all speeds. This car has been an absolute blast to drive. I recently took the car into my local BMW dealership for a Pre-Sale Inspection. The car passed with flying colors. My rep Bill Irvin at Dreyer & Reinbold spoke very highly of the car. All the wear items are in good condition. The only notices were for two services suggested in 3 months, the HVAC micro-filter and a brake flush. I have priced it very competitively and I'm a motivated seller.
