THIS IS A NO RESERVE AUCTION FOR A NICE 2001 SUBARU FORESTER L WITH 124k miles. THE EXTERIOR of this FORESTER is rated as GOOD CONDITION for its age and mileage. Overall, this FORESTER looks nice. The gold finish is in nice shape. Upon a close look you can see some scratches in the finish but the body lines are straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close as they should. The tires are good, fronts are about 40% and the rears are about 50%. The interior of this FORESTER is in VERY GOOD CONDITION for its age and mileage. The doors are clean and tight. The carpets are in very nice condition. The seats are pretty clean and comfortable. (small hole in drivers seat & small one in right rear seat) The power windows, locks, and mirrors all work properly. The audio system is original and sounds good. The heater works properly and the air conditioner appears to be working, too. The trunk is spacious and clean. Mechanically, this Forester appears to be in good running and driving condition. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke, front suspension could use some struts. The brakes and steering feel good & tight. The engine keeps proper temperature and performs as it should. No check engine lights on. Fluids are clean and at level. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts perfectly with no issues. Out on the highway, it cruises easily and feels good. The car looks to have generally been well cared for mechanically. Overall Subarus are known for their reliability and durability. This Forester has a NC rebuilt salvage title due to some very minor damage to rear bumper, no flood or frame damage. We replaced the bumper & we've gone over the car checked it all out and fixed anything we saw wrong. Oil changed. THIS IS A "NO RESERVE AUCTION" HIGH BIDDER WINS IT ALL!
