This car runs and drives exceptional. The Porsche 964 is the last of the hand built 911's, and the perfect balance between classic 911 style with updated handling, suspension, and AC. I believe it will continue to appreciate because of its rarity. It is a 2 owner car. I know the 1st owner and my good friend owns it now. I am listing it for him as he doesn't like computers but he welcomes calls. I prefer you can call him at 561-876-2258 with any questions, and you will be arranging payment with him, the titled owner. 1st owner took European delivery in 1990 and it was his baby until he bought his recent new 911 Targa. This 911 is accident free, or so I thought until I read the AutoCheck report. In 1995 the car was tapped on the center rear bumper. The owner was livid and called the police and it was reported, but the damage was so minor it was never repaired. To this day the small paint wrinkle and chip still exists on the bumper. I will try to up load a better photo. The original paint is worn through to the primer in 2 spots and has plenty of blemishes. With a coat of wax, it shines nicely. There should be a photo of most blemishes.If you prefer perfect, plan on a re-paint. Extensive maintenance records.Some of the highlights: At 101K miles it had some oil leaks, so the owner had the engine fully rebuilt,Clutch & flywheel, and shocks. Cost $22,000 Within the last few years the AC evaporator was replaced, and AC works well. Cost $1200 Recent Brakes. Recent Alignment and Hankook Evo 12 tires. Wheels are 17". 18" black center wheels are also available but not included. The soft top targa was fully rebuilt and recovered in 2011. Cost $950 The car runs very strong. It has the Autothority MAF conversion kit.Cat bypass and secondary bypass so the exhaust is very throaty. All stock exhaust pieces are included and are easily installed. 5speed manual G50 transmission shifts silky smooth, a testament to the previous owners driving style. Rear fan and heat duct have been removed, but also included. Not needed in South Florida. The rear tail occasionally sticks in position, but can be actuated manually. As most air cooled 911's, It leaks a few drops of oil. It appears to be from the valve covers. Call the owner with any questions. 561-876-2258. He wants to sell it now.
