Vehicle Detail

1966 Ford Mustang, Coupe.......V8, 289 cubic inch motor, 225 HP, 4 barrel carburetor and 4 barrel Edelbrock intake, 102000 miles, Automatic Transmission, Rear Wheel drive, Rear traction bars, CD player, Black Interior......with front drivers seat arm rest bench seat..... The original owner must have special ordered that seat, Everyone always wants me to sell them this bench seat......... I say no, it will stay with the car. ........All the original trim is currently on the car. Great running car,......Chrome Crager Rims and very good tires, tires have a ton of life left on them...Tires almost look new...The motor runs good, with no smoke or issues....trans shifts great and this car will spin the tires, all day long. The interior is very good with a minor tear in drivers seat (look at pics) and the head liner looks really good. The dash has a dash pad on it with a crack in the middle of dash....always, on these older mustangs.. The paint is pretty good with a few cracks in the paint near the trunk area and prior paint scratch touch ups, one rust bubble spot on drivers side door (front, lower corner of door)the size of quarter and a little bubble in paint on one fender, vinyl top has some rough patches showing under the vinyl and the old owner welded angle iron to the front sub-frame rails, for some reason, my guess is to add strength. The frame where the angle iron was welded looks like they ran over a curb or something...the frame still looks really strong. The drivers side floor board has a small spot of scale, could be patched, easily. It might need a brake adjustment, but, brakes work fine for drum brakes. This car has been driven weekly for the last 2 years....I have too many cars and projects, running out of room.... time for this one to find a new home. Please, feel free to ask any and all needed questions. I have listed everything I can think of, if, I think of anything else, I will add it to listing. ThanksOn Dec-04-15 at 10:37:41 PST, seller added the following information: I added a few more pictures, of the motor, the trunk, with no rust...great condition..... and a small (dent type) of paint crack on fender, with touch up paint on it. The paint touch ups and older re-paint on the car, never bothered me. I still drove the car and got a lot of attention in it. It could use a new paint job, but, still looks good. I just want everyone to see what the car truly is, with no BS...The car is over all good and has a lot of potential to make it a street rod, daily driver or show car! Please, feel free to ask any and all needed questions. I have listed everything I can think of, if, I think of anything else, I will add it to listing. Thanks, text or call if needed......301-305-1456, Keith
