2005 Ford Excursion, Eddie Bauer 4X4 with 6.0 Diesel. Vehicle was very well kept up. Fully loaded, Power Everything including seats, Seat Warmers, Factory DVD system. Truck has 159,000 miles and shows normal wear and tear for its age. No seat rips although the arm rests have significant cracking. Carpets and floor mats have some staining but are in above average condition for a vehicle of this age. All electronics work as they should. Windshield has a crack across the bottom. Grille has a hairline crack on the top in the middle. Passenger mirror turn signal lens is broken. There are some scratches, chips, and dings throughout but overall the paint is in great shape for its age. Tires have excellent tread remaining. Rear 95% and Front 80%. Vehicle had new egr valve installed approximately 5,000 miles ago. The coolant reservoir was also replaced at that time. The engine starts and idles rough when cold but after about 10 minutes levels out and runs great throughout the day. Their is a minor throttle surge. I've looked this up on the internet and believe the problem to be one of three sensors. I have not taken it to get checked out though. The check engine light comes on sporadically which I believe is related to the throttle surge. As you can tell this does need some work which is why I'm offering it at no reserve. For the most part it runs good and is still being driven on a daily basis. As such the mileage may change before sale. Has excellent power and pulls anything with ease. This is being sold as is. Cash preferred but Paypal is an option if its discussed with me before auction closing. I have a Carrier who can ship this anywhere in the continental U.S. for .95 cents per mile. The vehicle will need to be paid in full before it is released for shipping. Payment is due in full within 5 days of auction close. Also, The FICM or Fuel Injection Control Module was replaced on Monday and the vehicle is performing much better in cold starts. Also performs better throughout the day. I still notice a slight surge occasionally and the check engine light is still on. As stated before I am currently driving this vehicle on a daily basis. Vehicle is sold as is so please dont bid unless you intend to buy it. I still have someone who is able to ship this at 98 cents per mile as well. He is fully licensed and insured. Thanks.
