Garage kept all its life The incredible condition of this car is attributed to: being garaged car from new, and having meticulous adult owners, with service records since day 1 and a binder full of receipts and history. This car is low mileage because it was always used as a second car, and never used as a daily driver. This classic car is driven low miles per year, service records shows mileage since came out of the dealer. All the plastics are fresh and not cracked or broken, the interior is in perfect condition other that a small cut (1.5 inch) in the driver seat bolster. Oil changed every 3.000 miles. Always being garaged kept, never parked on the street, at any time, accounting for the incredible condition of the supple leather interior trim, un-cracked dash, seats and headliner having not suffered the ravages of the hot weather. All clear lenses and glass, no warped, split or degraded rubbers. I doubt there is a more authentic, genuine original BMW M635CSI Coupe out there in this condition. the car is in incredible condition runs and drives like it did when new. This BMW is very clean undercarriage with no rust whatsoever and shinny chrome. There are some paint bubbling forming at the passenger side rear fender, no rusted and hard to spot. The airdam has rock chips and small scratches but still has the original paint. In general this car is 9.5/10 paint. All the electrics work perfectly, from the Cruise Control, to the motorized Recaro Sport seats, electric door mirrors, electric windows, power sunroof, on board computer, radio etc. all work flawlessly. Recent engine service and drive train overhaul. A/C blows cold and heater works as it should. The entire interior is fresh and everything works. The carpet is in outstanding condition as well as the over mats. It has a newer Vancouver smog test that pass flawlessly and it will pass any emission test. The car is equipped with the OEM emissions parts and comes with a clear title. All fluids were changed, A/C recharged with new refrigerant. Car runs & drives like it did when new. There is a full tool kit in trunk, working flashlight in glove box, box of spares, CD shop manual and a binder with 30 years of history. This is a very original unmolested adult owned car, reliable enough to be a daily driver, fun weekend/car show vehicle, and appreciating classic. This is a M sport package car which includes 5 speed trans, please be aware this is not an M6 but looks exactly like one, other than the engine. Recent upgrades include; 3.73 rear end, Turner Motorsport chip (15% power upgrade), Big brakes from 750i, New clutch, BBS wheels from 7-series - 16x8 with new 225/50/16 tires. Overall, a very well maintained, adult owned car, always babied, driven gently as a weekend cruiser. The torquey 3.5-liter straight six makes good power and records show that it was been routinely serviced since new. The car has received a number of recent maintenance items including a new clutch and slave cylinder, new brakes, and new cluster gears. Under the hood, the engine compartment looks nicely clean with factory stickers still in place. No leaks. The underbody looks clean and with recent $3000 maintenance the new owner can start adding miles immediately. This CSI is another great example of a garage-kept Pacific Northwest car. Our climate is quite mild, without the intense sunlight that ages these older cars before their time. This car looks, runs, and drives like a new car back in 1986.
