1971 Volkswagen Westfalia camper bus!! No Reserve must sell!! This van is in excellent condition all around, It runs and drives great. It has always been serviced and tuned by VW air cooled engine mechanics to ensure it runs like a champ. It is very reliable and could be driven across the country. The only reason im selling it is because I just sold my beach house in Florida where I used it and garage kept it. I did do a few smart renovations to the interior of the van that make it one of a kind and a pleasure to go camping and sleep in. I removed the large rear cabinet that blocked the window view and removed the spare tire which blocked the other window view. Now the bed is very large and comfortable to sleep in and you have a great view when camping. Look at all the other westfalia vans and you will appreciate why I did this. They were poorly designed to make you sleep on a small tiny bed between a spare tire and a cabinet with no view, This made no sense to me. The van looks great on the outside with very minor imperfections here and there, It is definitely not in car show condition but it is very presentable and clean. The sides and rear of the van were painted with rustoleum paint to prevent rust. It doesn't have the shine like the front of the van but it looks clean and respectable. The van does have minor rust issues here and there in the common areas like under the front window and on the lower sides of the van. See pictures for details. Overall, The winner of this auction will be very proud to own this van. It is very clean and always garage kept, your family and friends will enjoy it.
