This is a bone dry Cali Pontiac. Mechanicals are fantastic. Only 83,000 miles on this original car and doesn`t leave a drop of oil on the garage floor. Great oil pressure, perfect transmission operation, silent and effortless power steering, perfect operational brakes and all exterior lighting works. You could enjoy this car as a daily driver as it sits or go the cosmetic restoration route. I drive the car around the parking lot periodically and it works perfectly. She`s a little cold blooded (choke) but idles on it`s own within a minute and has great throttle response. A driver as she sits or a perfect candidate for a nut and bolt resto. As you can see, the floorpans are still painted black from the factory with road-spray surface rust. Door bottoms are mint from the factory/no rust at all.THERE IS VERY LITTLE BODY WORK NEEDED TO MAKE THIS CAR PERFECTLY STRAIGHT. Just a hand full of shallow dings and a little ironing out needed in the doors. No cutting, grinding, or welding necessary, just some glaze coating, blocking, and primer is all that is needed....Wipers work. Horn works. All exterior lighting/signals work. Power windows work....Needs complete interior restoration but have all parts excluding some T-top trim. It is the deluxe camel cloth interior. I can wrap my finger around the rear wheel opening lips and feel perfect, smooth metal on the backside. As I move my finger up into the outer wheelhouses, baby smooth perfection!.....The car currently has it`s roof and door weatherstrips removed. The previous owner also removed the AC compressor, some cruise parts, and the smog pump. All of the removed parts including screws, brackets, and bolts are still with the car. Have both mirrors, door locks and handles.Try finding another factory black t-top TA this solid and drive-able as is for this price. It`s hard to find a worth while T-Top TA for what I am asking.
