I NEED TO SELLmy loss your gain, This is a disappointing day for me.1980 triumph tr7 in very nice condition, interior very nice (no cracks in dash), drivers seat is torn at some seams but color is strong and the rest is really nice. body panels are in great shape, paint is really nice. 1 very small spot of rust on drivers side rear quarter panel trailing edge behind bumper edge. and 2 small rust holes in inner drivers side fender well on either side of strut tower (not on strut tower). engine turns over by hand, previous owner removed intake and carbs as well as distributor (assuming to switch to manual choke carbs but unsure of reason), wiring harness (under hood) had melted wire sections ( i have since repaired entire wiring harness (under hood). i have almost everything to finish this car (new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, coil, intake bolts, distributor hold down etc) only a couple things are needed and most can be from a local parts store ( positive and negative battery cable, battery, accelerator cable and choke cable if you choose that style carb setup). i have 2 sets of carburetors(original and manual choke styles), 2 intakes, 2 air filter boxes with filters etc. the air pump and tubing have been removed but i have it all. I even have a boot for the top when its down. by the way the top is in very nice condition, one very small tear (easy repair) etc. I also have a car cover for this carI purchased this vehicle a couple of months or so ago to get running and be a nice weekend toy, unfortunately my situation has changed and i need to sell it. please ask questions also as a note it is a 5 speed manual not a 4 speed.
