2015-10-20 289 1979 CHEVROLET CORVETTE C3 STINGRAY 350 EFI V8 AUTOMATIC OD T-TOPS This listing is for a 1979 Chevrolet Corvette. I purchased it from a friend and do not have the time to finish it out. It is a non running project currently registered non-op status in the state of CA. I do have a clean and clear title in hand. The motor is a rebuilt 350 small block with powdercoated Tuned Port Injection with BBK throttle body, new fuel rail and injectors, Edelbrock Performer aluminum heads, aluminum water pump and Edelbrock stainless steel shorty headers. The transmission is a GM 700R4 Overdrive. New wheel and tire package installed 6 months ago chrome Boss Motorsports 20x8.5s. Standard 4 wheel disc brakes. The body is very nice and straight. No visible signs of damage or repair. Paint looks to be original. The front and rear urethane bumpers are in decent shape for their age. T tops are in nice shape. The underside is rust free and has no signs of damage or repair. The hood, radiator support and headlight assemblies were removed to fit the engine and transmission and will be included with the car. The interior is all original, complete and in good shape. Could use some new carpet. Front windshield has a crack. This Corvette will make a great starting point for someone with the time, finances and love for this style of car. Unfortunately my time and storage space is limited so it must go.
