Up for auction at "NO RESERVE" is a 1956 Cadillac Sedan Deville "Barn Find", This is a very solid car for being 59 years old, it would not take much to make it a nice driver, the body on the car is very solid, there are a few rust areas that would require some work, the worst spot is where the trunk mounts are at the very rear of the car and there are a few other areas that would require some small patches and body work, the lower rear quarters have some body filler but overall this car is extremely solid, the doors open and close nice, the rockers, floors and frame are solid, the interior is complete and not too bad for its age, the dash is in excellent condition, the headliner has a couple of dime sized holes. The 365 engine starts right up with one turn of the key and idles smoothe, the transmission was recently rebuilt and shifts as it should, the car has a new fuel tank and sending unit installed, new battery, new brake lines and wheel cylinders, the brake booster valve is sticking so the booster vacuum is disconnected, the exhaust will have to be replaced for the car to be road ready. This is a good car for restoration or would make a cool driver, the car is being sold to the Highest Bidder so bid to own, if you have any questions feel free.
