Up for auction is this Classic 1978 Jeep CJ7. This Jeep went through a restoration 10 years ago according to the gentlemen I recently purchased the Jeep from. He owned the Jeep since 2002. As explained to me, it was a frame off restoration with a bunch of new parts, all new interior and wiring harness, polished stainless steel front bumper, polished stainless steel grill cover and polished stainless steel rear bumperettes. The original motor and transmission to this Jeep was rebuilt as well and has approximately 3k miles put on them since the rebuild. The Jeep has always been kept under a shelter. The sun shined on top of the hood and top of the front fenders over the years sitting under the shelter and faded the paint on those areas as one would expect. I did work on buffing out those areas and bringing back it's shine. It was painted with Enamel when restored. The Jeep still shows very well and is in very good shape. She Runs, drives and rides excellent and with the header and side pipe combo she sounds awesome! Four wheel drive works perfect. She has polished aluminum rims with BFG solid white letter tires (32 x 11.5 x 15). The interior still looks new and is in great shape. Console hidden Pioneer CD/Radio system with speakers mounted in the rear corners behind the driver and passenger seats. Sounds really good! The Jeep does come with a "Best Top" full soft top with the sides and rear removable window panels, full soft doors that will convert to half doors as well and matching spare tire cover.
