This is a fun Corvette convertible with a 6 speed manual shift transmission in fantastic condition mechanically and cosmetically. Enjoy some top-down driving. Chevrolet managed to build this Corvette such that you do not experience wind noise or massive reverse wind blast (couldn't say that about my old Ferrari 348 Spider) as you motor around with the top down. This makes the cockpit comfortable while driving, doubly so with the silky-smooth 6 speed manual gear shifts. It's spent its two decades in Texas and Alabama (mild climates). There are some minor defects disclosed in the yellow-tinted Condition section of this auction listing (above). This is a 20 year old car. Yes, it drives like new, but please don't set your expectations on factory perfect. There are tiny paint chips and wear. That being said, what's good about this car is special. Great driving, great handling, and fun with the top down. Low mileage. This is its original OEM cloth convertible top with a heated glass rear window (almost invisible!). If you see other Corvettes for sale, you can tell if they cheaped-out by installing an aftermarket convertible top with a plastic rear window (always wrinkled plastic). Also, this is its original paint. OEM. It color-shifts slightly in the blue spectrum based on lighting, so I've included garage night-lighting pictures along with full sun light pictures. It also looks great in the shade. The wheels are OEM factory 1995 Indianapolis Pace Car (ZR-1 style) rims. $3,000 option just for the wheels. This is the perfect look for 1995 Corvettes. These are the most beautiful Chevy wheels ever made, and as a bonus, they are magnesium (saves weight). Likewise, there is no spare tire (saves weight). No jack (saves weight), either. The factory mufflers have been replaced by a resonance chamber via a T304 Stainless Steel TQE cat-back exhaust system (increases torque, saves weight). Fantastic exhaust sound! Smog legal. TQE exhaust documents are included. The supple tan leather seats are covered with removable, plush sheepskin so that you sit higher in the cockpit and have a softer seat. Pioneer CD player in dash. K&N air filter. Hypertech's high voltage ignition coil. 52mm Throttle body. Radiator coolant now bypasses the throttle body, too (if you drive in climates with harsh Winters, you'll want to reverse this). 160 degree thermostat. Adjustable fuel pressure regulator. Adjustable throttle position sensor. eRam supercharger (1.3 psi boost). Granatelli MAF sensor. Bosch Platinum +4 spark plugs. Freshly cleaned fuel injectors. Magnetic oil drain plug.
