I wanted to restore but unfortunately don't have time to do much so it is time to let it go. The things i have done this week , New Battery, change the engine oil, changed the spark plugs, cleaned the carbs, put gas in the tank and started the bike in first kick ( No electric start ) wiring or some thing is wrong. It starts in first two kick every time. Speedo meter works, taco meter works, all lights work Head light Brake light, tail light , (neutral and turn signals don't work ) i do have turn signals and rear foot pegs to go with the bike. The exhaust sounds very good and over all the bike is complete and solid. The gastank is pristine inside , gastank & side covers were painted. These bikes are very rare , they sold only 1968 & 69 and are high on the list of collectible motorcycles. As far as i know it needs front brake lever & cable, tires , seat repair/cover and off course good cleaning. The bike has rust pitting all over with good elbow grease it should cleanup.
