Located in Mississippi, this unit belonged to a local city, was seized a while back and then used by the City undercover for some time. The City recently sold several vehicles and trucks, we purchased it directly from the City along with several pickups and an SUV, not from a broker or a dealer. The car will crank and run on either but will not run by itself, the fuel pump is not pumping and is considered to be bad, after estimating it would take several hundred dollars to replace the fuel pump we decided to sell it as-is not running!
