For sale, 1974 Triumph T100R project bike. I purchased this Triumph along with two other bikes from a BSA shop that closed this summer. It had been sitting unused at the shop for many years. I cleaned the carbs, and freed up the throttle cables, put some fresh gas in it, and it fired up. I ran it down the street a couple miles and actually made it home. THE BAD: Does drip some oil, carbs also drip. It does go through all the gears, but I think the shift return spring will need repaired because sometimes the shift lever stays down. Some of the electrics will need attention also. Kill button not working; horn barely works; turn signals not attached. Oil tank will need painted, scratched. Seat has a few tears but looks original and is still nice for a 40 year old motorcycle. THE GOOD: Very original matching numbers Triumph. Last year of non-oil in the frame Triumph. Actually runs pretty well, doesn't seem to have any bad motor noises. Complete new exhaust, rims nice, Original wire harness, tires decent. Bike is very complete. I do have the air filters and turn signals. All lenses, brake, headlight, and turn signals, are original Lucas. I also have the original owner's manual.
