Up for sale is a beautiful, clean, no rust, great looking 1973 Mercedes Benz 280SE 4 door sedan type 108 body. I was planning on finishing this car to enjoy it in my old age, but found an even better looking dream car instead (68 220 se coupe). Car sat for 12 yrs. in a heated garage anneds very little to be finished!. So far we flushed gas tank, replace gas pump, filter & regulator along with al rubberhoses inthe fuel injectors, cooling system hoses, water pump, thermostat and fan clutch replaced new with radiator flush and new cap. Engine flushed, new plugs, wires, cap, timing checked now purring like a big kitten! "No electronics here!". Body is absolutly mint all doors close sftly and firm, all locks work,. Poer windows for frnt doors only, rear doors are manual, electric sunroof working fine. All four new tires oversized !, new rotors, brake pads and wheel bearing all around! umpers and chrome are shiny and perfect. Car just needs an original radio and sliders for heating system.
