1988 Henna for sale Florida car, kept in a garage it's whole life. - Original motor and head (BMW verified block and VIN verified head) - US drivetrain not original to car - 150k mile, the odometer stopped about 100 miles ago (go ahead and be a skeptic it's your right but it's the truth) - Cafax shows it was registered as not actual milage about 20 years ago but it is the actual milage. The previous owner just kept registering the car the same way and didn't bother changing it. - Rust Free except for sunroof bubbling. Common E30 problem see pics. - Headliner removed and sold by previous owner. - Stock interior gone - ALL OF IT except for sunroof interior cloth and partial door panel (no pockets) - Heater core removed and sold by previous owner - AC system removed and sold by previous owner Paint in mostly original and is a 10 footer. It cannot be paint corrected out as I tried. It will need to be repainted to be perfect. A few door dings but no dents. Under my ownership which dates back to Nov 2014, I have done the following and more: New Bilsteins and Sport springs New Bushings and motor mounts Brand new Z3 steering rack and all power steering parts new or rebuilt prior to installation DTM shifter New Water Pump (Mr. M Car) New Front Control Arms (Mr. M Car) New Plugs, Wires, Cap and Distributor (Mr. M Car) Front Camber Plates Rear Trailing Arm Camber Adjustment Kit Alignment (Mr. M Car) Corner Balancing (Mr. M Car) New rebuilt Driveshaft New front left wheel bearing (Mr. M Car) Turner Chip Stock AFM setup When at Mr. M Car and with 149k miles we didn't feel it was necessary to compression and leakdown test as it pulls like it should. I have the receipts from Mr. M Car with his statements about the current condition of the car and what it needs to be leak free. THERE IS STILL A ENGINE OIL LEAK. OIL IS SEEPING FROM FRONT EDGE OF HEAD GASKET. ENGINE WILL NEED TO BE REMOVED FOR A COMPLETE RESEAL TO STOP MANY OF THE SMALL OIL LEAKS ON THIS CAR. This is a great car to keep as a tweener / convert to a track car or bring back to stock. I also have a complete interior that can be purchased separately. The interior consists of SRD front plaid EVO seats with matching back seat. Carpet, door panels, etc....message for separate pricing. The interior will be offered to the buyer of the car only. Otherwise it's not for sale so please don't bother asking. NOTES: Currently this Henna has a dogleg trans and 3.73 Diff installed along with EVO 2 wheels. These 3 items will be removed and installed into the AW car. The car is offered for sale with mint basketweave 15" wheels, US gearbox and 4.10 diff.
