2003 Ford Explorer XLT . Southern truck with no rust, 4.0 V6 SOHC. Okay you do it your selfers, here's a bargain! 4 wheel drive, cold air, power windows, door locks, tilt, cruise, aluminum wheels, am/fm/cd stereo, much more. No third row seating. Class three trailer hitch, it has a noise that has been diagnosed as a timing chain issue. It still runs and drives, just noisy. It's not a bad engine, it does not knock, run hot, smoke or leak oil, the tailpipe is clean as a whistle. It was checked by a Ford mechanic and he told us the plastic cassette has failed and it's a common problem with these models, the replacement cassettes are supposed to be better but she's held up pretty good considering it has 175000 miles. I don't intend on repairing it as I'm just overwhelmed with work and don't have the time to do it. The front bumper is broken, does not interfere with the driving, you can buy a new plastic bumper from Certifit for around $60.00. Clean Tennessee title in hand.
