1964 CHEVY IMPALA OLD SCHOOL SIXTIES HOT ROD RAT ROD WITH RARE FACTORY OPTIONS Just out of long term storage This 1964 Chevy Impala is rare having factory ac thru the beautiful padded dash not a under dash unit. It has Power windows, Power steering, Power brakes, Power seat, Cruise control and a Tilt steering column also. You would look a long time to find one optioned out like this one if at all. It was a original HI performance 327 car now has1970 350 but still had the big dump HI performance manifolds although the left one is busted. The engine is very clean inside and out and has hi performance parts and is a great running engine. Fresh oil and filter and other new parts. Transmission works as it should. All nice ac tinted glass. The chrome reverse wheels and tires are original old school ones from the sixties and have great tread like new, back still have nubs and front are ribbed red lines. They were stored covered in oil for decades to preserve them. The car is a almost completed project that will need the brakes bled they are not working. Has new master cylinder so system needs bled, all four bleeders will come right out, no broken lines all good. Power steering lines and belt hooked up and the main problem is left exhaust manifold repaired or replaced it is broken.. Also needs a headliner and could use bodywork and paint if you want it to be really nice . You could just leave body as is and drive it after the few simple repairs and done. The dual exhaust system is very solid and the frame is good. The floor pan and trunk floor have some patches put in. To be right will need redone with replacement pieces. The car is showing 91,578 on odometer but is listed as exceeds mechanical limits 191,578 on title but I believe it is a true 91,578 and that is probably a typo. I have too many projects that I can't get too and have no time for anything right now. You will just need to resize the flange on head pipe and install! Also including the headlight needed, correct size rear speaker and another piece of the side trim I found. I will add a picture of these items. One more thing to answer some questions. The battery is very good, the brakes lines are all good, the fuel in the tank is new and clean with no leaks or other fuel problems. I have a mix of 110 octane leaded race fuel and 93 octane pump gas in tank now. But the Chevy will run fine just on regular premium gas. Good luck with you bidding
