This Moped has no title. There was no option in the listing header for that information. So, I chose the "rebuilt" option since it is a required box to fill out. I'm not sure Mopeds in the 1960's had titles anyway. My other moped (the red and white one in some of the photos doesn't have one either (never did). In Arkansas, you only need a Bill-of-Sale to license antique motorcycles so I never had a need to acquire a title. One can be obtained by paying a fee to an insurance and bond company. It was less than $100 to get a title for a Harley Sprint. So, if you need a title, you can get one but I don't see the need. This little scoot starts, runs, rides, shifts and stops well. The lights, horn and speedometer work. It is straight and not rusted (although all the chrome parts were rusty to varying degrees). I cleaned it up well, painted it back the original color, painted the rusty chrome parts silver, replaced the tires and tubes and serviced the engine and forks. The seat in the pictures is a bicycle seat. I have the original seat in good condition except for the cover. You will leave with both seats. These mopeds were a dime-a-dozen back "in the day. Now, it is very hard to find one complete in any condition. This one currently graces my man-cave and I wouldn't consider selling it if ; (1) I didn't have another one and ;(2) Had money. Being broke is uncomfortable so this one is on the selling block. I will deliver this bike for fuel costs within the state of Arkansas. Otherwise, you come and get it. It is very lightweight and could be carried on a car bumper if you don't have a truck or van. No shipping. If you want to arrange to have it picked up, I will accommodate a shipper.
