1949 Oldsmobile Rocket 88 two door. Chevy 350 four barrel, 350 turbo transmission with an 8" Ford rear end. The body is laser straight and rust free. Even the clips where the fender skirts would go and rear wheel arches are like new. Car removed of all trim and taken down to bare metal, needed no work, was sprayed with Rustoleum flat black and then clear coated and all trim put back on. The interior is original and in excellent condition with the exception of the two front bucket seats and console which are out of a Cavalier and look nice in the car, very comfortable on long drives. Dash is like new, no scratches or dents. Gauges work except for speedo and I use GPS. Tires are new. The Olds is still on its original frame which is real nice and it is still utilizing the original coil springs and knee action shocks front and rear. Car starts easy, runs smoothe and sounds good. New dual exhaust that exit the car in front of the rear tires. Basically a nice old car. Am open to unusual trades, bread trucks, old delivery vans, 40-60's station wagons of about the same condition and or price.
