1968 VW Double CAB Trasporter bus/Truck Pickup. Nicest Volkswagon around! I bought it 3 years ago from the original owner. It has spent 90% of its life in Arizona and has virtually NO RUST! 2 years ago I spent $5,000 on a paint job, it looks awesome! The seats have been re upholstered to match the paint perfectly! The tires are in great shape and the spare has never been used. The bed was line-X about 2 years ago as well. The odometer shows 26,000 miles. The original owner I bought it from said that the miles are accurate, but i don't know that for sure. Over all this pickup is a 9.5 out of 10. Just put a new carburetor on it a week ago. It has been my daily driver for 3 years now, and runs perfectly! The things it needs: -There are a few little chips in the paint -still has the original bumpers that should be replaced -the horn needs to be rewired - the right hand turn signal has a loose wire and works 90% of the time -the interior is about 90% finished -the heater needs to be reconnected I think that is all that it needs. Its just a few little things that need a bit of attention. I have just kind of run out of interest on this project. Call me with any questions 541-613-3493
