Mechanical:Mechanically the vehicle is in excellent condition. The engine starts right up and produces lots of power. The car was mostly serviced using BMW scheduled maintenance program. The automatic transmission is in excellent working condition as well and shifts smoothly. Overall drives very well.

If Seller does not have any damages relating to rescission or failure of this Order to be completed, Seller may retain any costs and reconditioning expenses relating to the sale plus a 15% commission on the sale from the sale proceeds. Buyer agrees that Buyer’s deposit on the Vehicle is non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Buyer and Seller.
