Up for sale is my 2007 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor - 129821 Miles - 203 Idle hours Car has factory order code 720A-POL INTR 355 - True police model built by Ford Motor Company. Standard options included: 1. Heavy duty shock absorbers 2. Heavy duty sway bars 3. Frame reinforcements 4. Engine idle meter 5. Driver/passenger air bags 6. Power steering 7. Dual exhaust 8. Heavy duty battery 9. Power door/locks 10. Window express down 11. Power driver lumbar 12. Anti-lock brakes 14. Light bar connector Car has factory equipment tag 1010-798710/08/06OH. This car was originally shipped to a dealer in Greenville, OH and then sent to the Village of Versailles where it was used by the chief of police for 5 years. It was then utilized by the public works office for the remaining 3 years. Car has not seen routine patrol or high speed pursuits associated with typical patrol cars. This car has a very high option list that was much more equipped than other cars within the fleet. Please do your research when buying these cars as many sellers are starting to use the terms "detective" and "supervisor" to make it seem as though their car has not been abused or used for patrol work. There are tell tale signs that clearly show otherwise. Optional equipment includes: 1. Lateral bow reinforcement 2. All body side moldings installed 9. 17" Wheel covers The following paragraphs will describe the condition and performance of my car: Exterior: Car has paint code (UA) Black clearcoat. It is all original with no resprays or mismatched panels. All body panels are original to the car. All VIN stickers are in the correct spots (under doors, along fenders, behind quarter panels and inside trunk lid) The paint is very nice and bright but has scratches here and there. The majority of the scratches are not noticeable on camera because they are so small. The worst scratches are on the passenger side door and under gas cap door. There are ZERO dents or door dings on this car. The trunk has a very subtle ghost line from a magnetic xm radio mount. It is almost invisible on camera but is there. No lightbar imprints. There is one antenna plug on the roof as well as an radio plug. This car even has the original paint/chalk marks from the factory on the frame, driveshaft, differential and swaybars. Floor pans are nice and clean with no rust. The right side of the trunk pan has a small dent from backing over a small wall. Bumper cover is not affected at all. The frame is in excellent shape with only minor surface rust. The side body rails have been undercoated during the winter months as they are prone to rusting. All original undercoating along the upper frame rails and rear wheel wells is still present. All seams under each door is very clean with no rust. Panel gap is near perfect all the way around the car. Spotlight has a new GE glass bulb and works perfect. Engine compartment has not been lathered with shine product. What you is what you are getting. Clean and neat - Some engine parts are abit faded as shown. Steering rack does not have the typical leak and grease covered crossmember. All undercarriage aluminum and stainless steel is very clean. Interior: Car has factory interior code (IN) Black/Gray Cloth/Vinyl. Car has NEVER had a cage or center console. Not used for routine patrol. There are ZERO holes on the dash. This car has not been pulled apart and mismatched to look like a good car inside. Many sellers will take a car and get used interior pieces to make it look as though it has always been that way - Don't be fooled! Driver seat has no tears or rips, no typical hinge tear in the cushion/cover and looks new. Passenger seat is near flawless. Rear seat is nearly new and has the soft grain look from when it was brought out from the factory. Overtime, many people clean these seats too much and the vinyl gets a bad gloss sheen to it.. Flooring has almost no color age at all - zero wear spots. There are 3 1/16" holes behind the front seats on the flooring. They do not go through the floor, only the rubber flooring. B-pillars do not have any cutouts and there is no cage ridge in the headliner. Front door panels do not have the typical pull/wear on the handle area. This car does have the factory soundoff signal red led/white dome light. It works perfectly. Trunk is very clean with 2 small tears on the right side about 1/2" tall. Mechanical: This car has NO mechanical defects. It accelerates fast, corners aggressively with minimal body-roll and stops the moment the brakes are pressed. Transmission is smooth and there are no hesitations between shifts. Every change can be heard but not felt. Ride is very smooth. This car has been in Ohio all its life and was included in the steering shaft recall. Recall has been performed and there are no issues. This car has the factory 3.27 trac-lok differential. It is a true trac-lok system with the 3.27L code on the differential tag. Acceleration is very quick off the line and car feels as though it has more torque than cars with the standard 3.27. This car only has 203 idle hours!!! Very very low as this car was used for a lot of driving and no sitting. You will NOT find another in this shape with this amount of options and condition. It is priced above book value as this is what the market is producing. Electrical / Safety: All electrical items on this car work as they should. There are NO defects. Every light works and every instrument works. Heat is HOT and a/c is COLD. Blower works on all levels with no hesitation. Radio signal is strong. All windows and locks work flawlessly. *What is different about this car is that is has been inspected by the local Ford dealer. Any codes or issues have been checked and fixed. many seller will disregard the issues unless the seller absolutely presses an issue. All dash lights come on and return to normal with the ignition ON/engine OFF and ignition ON/engine ON. There are ZERO surprises with this car. Please note that this car still has the factory Whelen strobe lights in each corner of the car. 1 In each front corner light and 1 in each taillight. Each strobe bulb has the original plug n' play connector. Once you have the module and a switch to control the strobes, they are able to be plugged in and used. These are CLEAR per ebay policy and should only be used for law enforcement/fire/ems/construction use. Maintenance / Service History Prior to myself owning the car, it was maintained every 3000 miles by the village garage and typically by the local Ford dealer. It has also had transmission services every 30,000 miles. Since I have owned the car, I have had it maintained every 5000 miles as I have no hard driving and barely use it. The most recent service was performed this month in preparation for the 130,000 mile service check. Recent service included: 1. 8 Motorcraft spark plugs 2. Clean coil plugs 3. Air filter 4. Oil filter 5. Oil flush 6. Transmission filter 7. Transmission fluid 8. Coolant flush/replace 9. New Autocraft 5 year battery 10. Serpentine Belt 11. Refrigerant evac/replace 12. Front rotors 13. Rear rotors 14. Rear brake pads 15. Rear main transmission seal Prior to myself servicing the car it had a major preventative maintenance plan after 75,000 miles to keep it going for another 75,000 miles. Major services include the following: Miles / Part : 92210 Throttle Body replacement 92371 Torque Converter replacement 117590 Cooling Fan replacement 120230 Transmission Cooler replacement 125129 Alternator replacement 120230 Differential Fluid change Front brakes are at 75% Rear brakes are just under 100% Wheels / Tires / Spare Wheels have been professionally prepped and repainted in black gloss inside AND out. All wheel weights were removed and put back on for proper painting. Tires are pursuit rated goodyear eagle rs-a 235/55/17. All tires have 70% with no plugs or patches. Spare tire is a nearly new full size goodyear eagle rs-a 235/55/17. It has only been on the ground a few miles and has the prickly mold marks and factory paint marks on wheel and tire. Clean & Clear Ohio title 1 - Owner CarFax Clean history with ZERO accidents Car is OBDII/LVII certified and CAN be sold in California and smogged. There is a immense amount of paperwork that comes with the car such as: Title, Bill of Sale, 75+ pages of maintenance, CarFax, window sticker and warranty paperwork on many Ford parts. Original manuals and tire information sheet will also be included with the car. Anyone is more than welcome to bring a mechanic if they wish to inspect the car.
