This is a no reserve auction for a 2003 Ford Focus. It has 184,500 miles on it and runs like a top. It has been very well maintained, with new timing belts throughout the time we have owned it and it has only had Mobil 1 oil in it every 4 thousand miles. We stopped driving it at the end of the winter as our son went off to the military. I have been running it around the last couple of weeks and its been great, no issues at all. It's a shame the rust has gotten to the back of it because it runs really well, gets good mileage and is a good car. The only non maintenance issues we have ever had with the car were a battery a year ago, and a shift sensor 2 years ago. other than that its never let us down. It has an Alpine CD player with Ipod hookup, the interior is in great shape, no rips or tears, and still look real nice.The issues. The rust in the back is pretty severe, I'm no body man so it is what is, I've taken a photo to show how its gotten to the back of the car.The right mirror cover is missing, the mirror works fine the cover just came off.The right rear door is finicky, sometimes it closes sometimes you have to hold the handle out a little bit and then it closes.It needs a thermostat before winter, it took forever to warm up at the end of the winterIt still has snow tires on itit could use rear shocks, it feels a little bouncy now Other than that I can't think of anything, its a good little run around car. The miles were all back and forth to Albany and not a taxi in NYC or anything. Its a perfect winter car or a short trip run around car. It starts every time, runs fine and gets good mileage.
