1979 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme*** NO RESERVE *** Brief history and reason for selling this Oldsmobile ... My father (A retired Oldsmobile salesman of 15 years) purchased this vehicle from the original owner 6 years ago for a retirement project... He is now unable to drive this as much as he would like, therefore he has chosen to have me sell it for him. This is a EXCELLENT DAILY DRIVER and CRUISER.... I have a very positive rating from the classics and street rods I have sold on Ebay from my personal collection, therefore, I have listed the highlights and known concerns so you can BID WITH CONFIDENCE !!!... I am NOT a dealer but a collector of cars from 30's models to 70's models THIS OLDSMOBILE is being listed at NO RESERVE because I believe a classic automobile is worth what the next person is willing to pay for NOT what we have spent on it !!! Vehicle HIGHLIGHTS* Recently painted WHITE DIAMOND and New Vinyl Top* ALL new interior from carpet up to the headliner (dash was dyed) ie. new steering wheel* 15 inch RALLY Wheels w/ BF Goodrich tires (less than 500 miles on tires)* New EDLEBROCK intake and 4 barrel carb on correct matching small block V8* New water pump, fuel pump, and radiator* Chrome is good shape and many pieces replaced with NOS parts (extra chrome parts comes with car)* RUST FREE - 2 Owner vehicle - in Texas since 1979 * New body bumper fillers installed BOTH front and rear (normally they are brittle and cracked)* Tilt/Cruise, COLD AC, and Factory AM/FM * Odo and speedo work properly Known defects * Drivers door hinge is weak and door doesn't line up correctly (see pic)* Brake light stays illuminated on dash * Slight cracks in grill (hardly visible) Please feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions about this OLDSMOBILE.
