Please realize it needs work, but is a valuable Plymouth Mopar Muscle Car when completed. Body, paint, engine. 727 trans and sure-grip rear in good condition. All Numbers matching, great interior, all original parts. Recored radiator, Moog front end steering &ball joints installed and aligned. Not running. Solid floors & trunk. Stock green wheels and vintage keystone klassics. Firestone Tires were installed 20 years ago and the tread is like new and holds air with no leaks. However, it is Firestone brand and the sidewalls have dryrotted, so 120mph at your own risk. I have the original hi po 340 exhaust manifolds, 727 trans, and drive shaft. I've owned it since 1978. I bought this car from Rob of the E.T. shop in Chicago when he was set up at Montclair Goodyear selling race parts on Grand Ave. It was originally from Wisconsin. It was my daily driver for years. Please look at the many photos. The interior is in very good original condition with AM thumbwheel radio. The only reason I stopped working on this car can be blamed on Harley Davidson which took over all my time. I am retired as a Journeyman Diesel Mechanic. I know how to turn a wrench. I've been a car guy since I could crawl under one at around 8 years old watching my Dad do I don't know what. I've owned mostly muscle cars of all sorts including an SS396/375HP 4spd 12 bolt Nicky Chevrolet 1970 Nova. Shoulda kept her. The majority have been Mopars such as 66 Charger 383 with power windows, 66 Coronet 500, 67 Fury II, 67 Barracuda, 68 340 Barracuda, 69 RoadRunner, 70 RoadRunner and 71 340 Duster from Mr Norm's used lot in 76. The 340 in this car made it perform and handle quite well to the dismay of many Ford & Chevy owners who challenged it. I spent most of my life in Chicago and now we are in Tennessee where a lot less fun is allowed. Original Carter carb is rebuilt and stored indoors with the radiator. The heads, intake and water pump have been painted and stored indoor. Dual exhaust is complete to bumper with factory exhaust outlets. The car has been H/AC garage kept for at least 20 years. Put it together. Check over super simple brake system. Fiberglass the holes, bondo, prime, paint & drive. Do some old school bodywork to get it on the road and have some great smoky burnout, stop light to stop light fun! However all the metal is original, no after market panels or parts except for air shocks in rear. Even the alternator is original. Car does not start or drive, but steers quite well.
