Vehicle Detail
Very nice 2010 Camaro SS with RS package. This is a 1 owner car with a little under 35,000 miles. Car starts, runs, drives, shifts and stops perfectly and is very fast. The tires still have a ton of tread on them and the car is mechanically sound. The car was ordered and purchased new from a Chevy dealer in Arizona. The car is only being sold due to military relocation to Germany. The car has a few tasteful performance modifications and makes 427hp at the wheels. In my opinion this car is at the perfect level of modifications where the performance is enhanced, but stock drive-ability is not compromised. The mods are as follows: -Halltech Intake-Kooks catless long tube headers and custom exhaust all the way back -pfadt rear bushings and control arms -pfadt 3.91 gears -professional custom tune to compensate for and better utilize the above modifications Non-performance wise the car has a custom front bumper and a heritage grill to give the car a more aggressive look. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the exhaust modifications the check engine light is currently on. I took the car to advanced auto to have the codes read and verify that there weren’t any codes other than the ones associated with the aftermarket exhaust. The CEL codes came out as follows:-P0131 O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 1-P0171 O2 Sensor Bank 1 Lean -P219a air fuel ratio imbalance bank 1 Those are all codes associated with the aftermarket exhaust setup and commonly appear when people make changes to the intake/exhaust on these cars. As I mentioned, the vehicle runs great with no misses or hesitation or anything of that nature. When the custom tune was done the tuner compensated for the modifications and those codes did not appear, but the change in atmosphere/elevation when moving from Arizona to Georgia caused them to come on. A simple update to the tune once you get the car to your location should prevent the codes from appearing anymore, but if they don’t bother you the car runs just as well with them on. Cosmetic Flaws: The car is in very good shape, but as with any used car, there are some dings/marks here and there. I tried to photograph everything and accurately present the condition of the car as I know many buyers on eBay are unable to see the car themselves prior to purchase. The car is overall in very good condition and looks great, but there are a few flaws here and there which I have included pictures of. There are no “jump out at you” or major flaws or marks on the car, but I looked over the car and included pictures of everything that I noticed. There is also a light stain on the carpet from spilled coffee on the floor below the passenger seat (it can be seen in the interior shot of the passenger seat). I did a brief cleaning on it with carpet cleaner from the auto part store, but to get it out completely you will probably have to shampoo it with a vacuum. Finally, note that this is not my personal vehicle and I'm selling it for a friend. As mentioned above, he is stationed in Germany and was unable to take the car with him. He originally planned to keep it for when he comes back in a few years, but he had another kid and has regretfully decided to part with his Camaro. The car is currently in my possession and I have power of attorney to handle the loan payoff/transfer of the vehicle and everything associated with the sale of the vehicle. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Thank you.
