The Town coupe is a very rare car as there were only about 5000 built.Most people who wanted a 2 door bought the more common mkIII .This was the last of the classic coffin nose grill and before they added hood ornaments and gaudy trim .Car is so original that it still has chalk marks under the hood and paper build tags on the under carriage .I removed the vinyl top and as the photos show the roof is 100% solid. As is the rest of the car .There are two small spots at the bottom of the front fender where dirt gathers.The could use attention.Car comes with some new old stock door rubber ,Even though door &window rubber is good . other extra parts in the trunk, which is very ,very clean.Car has like new tires and good battery, carb was rebuilt.The headlight door stays shut for weeks and all the vacuum system works very well .A super rare and elegant car that turns heads.
