The car had one original owner until we purchased it a month ago. The Phoenix is considered the sister to the Nova. It has never been in a wreck and up until a month ago it was always stored in the garage. The car was always extremely well maintained. It was the family car. A older couple owned it since the day it rolled off the lot. The car comes with the clean title and paperwork. It has the 305 V8 and it purrs. It has 71,040 original miles, but the engine was completely rebuilt in 1997 at 55,042. It has air conditioning and it works very well, especially for a older car. Everything is completely original. The interior is pretty nice. The driver and passenger seats have been worn on the seat area, but seat covers will solve this. I also have the original floor mats, but new ones would look good if desired. I just replaced the battery. The tires are in great condition and have all the tread. I took into Les Schwab and had a full brake inspection. They let me know the brakes are in excellent condition. I had a new master cylinder installed.
