New Page 2 DESCRIPTION: You are bidding on a 1970 BMW 2800 CS Coupe Project  or Daily Driver. I am only selling this car to focus on some other projects, I  really would rather not sell it but my ultimate goal was/is to modify it with a  M30 engine and 5 speed trans (I already have a donor car). However if I can get  the right price I will sell it to focus on a different project. This runs good, it has been my semi daily driver for  the last couple of months, it does have some quirks, I believe there is a bad  ground some where because out of the blue the battery will be drained. It has a  modern stereo and is currently equipped with VERY nice power leather seats. It  does have the cluster for power windows but currently none of them are connected  so you have to manually roll down the front windows. Sunroof is set up for power  but it is missing the gear drive assembly so it is basically stuck in position  right now. The front cooling fan has some play in it which causes a slight  rattle at idle. I do have a lot of the original parts including the  original rims and seats if you wanted to restore this to original. I do have the  parts for the trunk lid including the tool box but not many of the tools. There are some rust issues that will need to be  addressed but no major rot that I can see. The trunk pan is solid and the rear  shock towers are good as well. It has been painted multiple times I am not sure  what the original paint code even is because that tag is missing. This is an  import car and still has the speedometer in KM also the odometer doesn't work.  but speedometer does. Thank you for looking RETURN POLICY This vehicle is sold strictly AS IS, WHERE IS.
