The Village of Woodridge, Illinois Public Works Department is selling a 2004 Ford Explorer XLT 4X4 4.0L SOHC V6 Flex Fuel. This vehicle was purchased new for the Public Works Department for every day driving. Overall condition of truck rated as "fair” 142,000 mileage. Vehicle maintenance serviced every 3,000 miles by Village mechanics. Engine has low pitch rattle sound coming from internal, transmission & 4x4 run and operate. All four tires are worn and in need of replacement.The exterior body has scratches, dings, dents and rust/rot. The interior is in over all good condition, driver seats padding is flatten from getting in/out. The vehicle comes with emergency lighting amber color mounted in the front windshield, side rear windows, rear brake light housings and front headlight housings. The vehicle also comes with an after market remote starter. This vehicle can be viewed by “appointment only” between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the Village of Woodridge Public Works Department 1 Plaza Drive Woodridge IL, 60517.
