I purchased this beautiful SL from Mercedes Benz of Pompano several years ago. It was a one owner car and had 40,000 actual miles. I have driven it a little less than 7000 miles. Here is what I have done to the car: New German Canvas convertible top, ALL new top cylinders, new Toyo tires, new 600SL turbine vaned wheels, new jute mats, new insulation under hood, fully serviced using Mobil 1 synthetic oil. The car does not need anything. It is ready to drive anywhere you want. It has both tops too. The paint is exceptional and the leather interior has not been "refreshed" as they politely say meaning they dyed it. Not this one, the leather is soft, supple and original. The carpets, door panels, trunk etc. are spotless. The title is clear and in my name. The Car-Fax is clean. Also, there are no scratched area from the hard top being put on. Typically, they get scratched where the hard top secures by the rear window on both sides. Not this one. The car does have the factory wind screen too. The title shows actual miles, NOT exempt and will be transferred to you as actual miles also.
