Looking Sell my 1987 BMW 325I Convertible, clean title in hand! (got the car from Virginia)... Car is mechanically perfect. I drive the car every day to work and it is the most reliable car I have, I'm looking to trade her for another E30 but a non convertible this time, I prefer a coupe but a nice 4 door will do. I have sorted this car and made sure everything was done to have her running perfectly. What I did recently; *New Water Pump, Timing Belt, Thermostat *New Fuel pump and Fuel Filter *Had all the fluids flushed *Just serviced the rear Diff (changed all the input and output seals and gasket, new oil) *New Accelerator cable just changed *New Steering Rack, Steering linkages and Tie Rods, recent wheel alignment *Just did an oil change and valve adjustment less than 700 miles ago *The car sits low on New H&R loweing springs and newer Boge struts *Changed the front strut housing on both sides *Changed both New rear axle shaft assembly's and rear trailing arm bushings *I just serviced the AC after doing a R134a conversion, blows cold air and compressor works perfect . The previous owner had updated the bumpers and swapped the old metal ones with the updated facelift bumpers, he also added the German ellipsoid smiley headlights. The car has good quality Sony speakers all around with a JVC rampage head unit (Bluetooth, CD, Serious/XM, Ipod) with a 240 watt amp... the sound is crisp and clear. The interior has been completely restored as you can see from the photos 9/10 condition inside. All the Sport seats have been completely reupholstered with black leather, as well as a new black carpet and door cards. Dash has been replaced and is like new, everything works including the sport seats. The convertible top is in very good condition and is a genuine BMW Rag Top, wont need changing for a long time. The back window was changed a year ago and is still very good and visible at night. The previous owner changed the trunk lid because he didn't like the third brake light. Newer KUMHO Xs racing Tires (more than 3 quarters of tread) on Staggard 16'' Black Tinted Chrome Basket weave rims. the Automatic transmission shifts perfectly and runs damn well in sport mode on the highway. The previous owner already had changed the spark plugs, spark plug wires and leads, rotor and cap, main transmission seal and brake lines. Car also has Keyless remote entry. The Bad; This car will need TLC on the paint, it is over 25 years old and the paint is original. It is very tired and beginning to fade, also the car had a few dings and scrapes I fixed the worst of them myself by straitening and light bondo with primer so some parts of the paint has no gloss to it. The good news is the car has virtually no rust, not even in the problem areas as I keep it garaged, and also the previous owner did as well, some minor surface rust below the wheel arch but nothing serious that can't be fixed... buyer responsible for shipping
