Vehicle Detail
Hello Mopar fans!! Up for sale here at no reserve is a very sought after and highly collectible 1971 Plymouth Barracuda Convertible. This car has a transferable NY registration. That's all that is available from 72 and older in NY. Now onto the description of the car. This was originally a 318 2 barrel automatic car that was b2 blue. It had bucket seats and a console shift. A sharp car to say the least. I will put a pic of the original fender tag so you Mopar nuts and decode it. The car needs a complete restoration. What you see in the pics is what the car comes with. The power top still works believe it or not. The original dash is wrapped in plastic on the floor of the car. It needs refurbishing as well. There is rust throughout the car as seen in the pics. Some metal was replaced over the years. I don't think it was quality work. I would remove all the work that was done then redo it. Just to make sure it was done right and safely. The small block in the car may be #'s matching but I never checked. It was going to be restored and resto-modded anyway. I was thinking new SRT-8 hemi with a 6 speed. The clutch pedals are already installed. As is the manual shift floor hump. A big brake set up and suspension would've been the icing on the cake. So hopefully you can take my dreams and make them a reality. This car is a total project and needs a complete restoration. When done, it is going to be awesome. It is being sold as is, where is. Please I encourage you to come see it in person. Also, any question, please call me and I will do my best to answer them. I will assist in shipping the car but you have to arrange it and pay for it. No problem. There is a 500 dollar deposit due 48 hours after auction end. Its non refundable. As said earlier, this is a no reserve auction and will go to the highest bidder. If you win, please pay. Simple rules to follow. Thanks for checking out the ad.
