This vehicle was recently purchased 2 months ago, February 2015, by my father who has since passed away. There has only been one other owner. Since we acquired the van we have not made any changes or repairs to this vehicle in any way. When my father passed away we simply wished to be able to sell this van as is to another owner who can get use out of it. IT WAS INSPECTED AND PASSED THRU FEBRUARY 2016 Battery replaced September 2014. Exhaust looks new. OPERATION: The vehicle drives great for a 1989 Econoline 150. Low mileage and well taken care of. EXTERIOR: is very well taken care of. Overall the paint and appearance are excellent for a 1989. Undercoated with no visible leaking. Nickel sized rust spot on hood. Dent in driver side door. Some rust also on driver side door jamb, some rust on bottom of passenger side door. Minor rust on spare tire mount. Some paint peeling on the cowl. INTERIOR: is blue carpet with NO burn marks and no lingering smell. The only other owner has been very good to this van as there is no evident abuse besides the front wooden cup holder console which is cracked in half. Seats, blinds, windows, carpet, steering wheel and instrument cluster are all in great condition. AIR CONDITIONER and HEATER appear to work. INTERIOR: Fuel gauge doesn't function properly and there may be a problem with the switch that operates switching between the two fuel tanks. Electric window needs to be fixed, driver side window lowers only a quarter of the total distance then gets jammed. Passenger side window does not lower. Includes 6,000 lb trailer hitch already on vehicle. Set of keys and owners manual included. There is also a place a few miles away to get temporary registration.
