First off...this gorgeous car had a rebuilt title.It easily passed inspection and now has a NJ title in my name with A for actual miles and S for previous salvage.It can be registered just as any title can be in any state.I just titled it in NJ and there was no other steps involved. It only has 90k on it has no head gasket or overheat issues at all,and runs really well.It has nice 17 inch chrome DTS wheels with cool looking vogue tires.3 vogues are good one needs replacement....more on that later. ICE cold a/c hot heat cruise works as does everything else,trans shifts perfectly...I just put a brand new regulator and motor in drivers door,and both hood prop struts. This car was backed into and sustained light simple damage to the right headlight area.It damaged the right fender slightly buckled the hood into the rear top of the drivers fender.....so what was done was a left and right fender and hood from an identical year and color 01 deville factory paint,was simply bolted on.....whats cool is that this is a rebuilt /salvage title car and it has 100% factory paint...bet theres no others like that.There was zero damage beyond that to anything no frame damage no bumper damage no apron damage etc...ins companies most times don't want to repair older cars no matter how slight the damage.Only difference is front fenders have a light off white pinstripe that the rest of the car does not....continue this pinstripe and its a perfect match,or remove it and its a perfect match. The interior is clean with no rips and just looks nice and all works I only have 1 key and no remote.....remotes are only pennys but have to be programmed at a locksmith. .....only 2 things i know of to mention 1.every so often after shut down,the starter solenoid doesn't crank the starter...very rare but happened 2 times to me...after a minute or 2 it starts...at only 90k I'm sure starter is original and will need to be replaced....2.slight vibration when braking at higher speeds so front rotors (CHEAP and EASY) could be done,though get smoother everytime i drive so maybe will be ok.She is smooth idles so smooth you could balance a nickel on it at idle,drives straight and I think looks like new from 20 feet,,,,2 little door dings on front right door...one small on drivers door,easy dentless paint removal,if you choose but really does look great....Is this perfect?No,,,,no 2001 is.Its a great looking and running car for the price.People are asking more than I am for devilles with blown head gaskets/pulled head bolts and high miles.Id much rather have this with a little S letter on the title than one with 200k miles and engine issues. Deposit due at auction close....full pay and pick up 7 days tops.Thank you. ****I have 1 exact 235/55/17 vogue tire with less than 500 miles on it that I paid a fortune for...buy it now ONLY I will have it mounted on the car so you will have 4 nice vogues...4 new vogues are near $1200... ad the DTS chrome wheels and the car itself is nearly free.....The vogue tire is for sale only to the buyer for 225 firm....buy it now its included and mounted FREE. ********although ebay no longer shows buyers existing offers that have been submitted,as of now 23 offers are in on this car....some from zero and low feedback offerers.....no way will I accept any offer from low or zero bidders....,....anyway....a few offers are in within 100 bucks of my buy it now, makes no sense since buy it now includes an almost new vogue mounted...
